CNC Machines are manufactured from solid and seasoned castings and in principle have plano-miller like structure. T-slotted machine table is made form special grade, seasoned CI casting which is scrapped for flatness during assembly. All axes more on linear guides to ensure smooth motion along with necessary rigidity.All slides have ball screws and are driven by powerful digital motors. Our home-grown built-in 3D CNC controller drives these motors.

Aesthetically designed machine exteriors including bellows and covers and ergonomically placed, easy-to-use control panel with interactive LCD display enhances looks of the machine along with its usability. Where accuracy and power requirements are very demanding, we also manufacture and supply machines fitted with Servo Motors, needless to say, driven by our own, award-winning, 150 MIPS Servo Controllers.
